	I purchased your manual a couple of months ago and I just love it. It's been a 2 month planning period, but we finally are ready to go to work shopping. I can't imagine how long it would have taken us to do this without your manual. We sent out letters to prospective clients on Monday, and got our first phone call today. We are so excited! The company is a botanical Gardens, that charges admission to view the gardens and has a gift shop. They are funded mostly by government grants. They want an evaluation once a week on a 3 month contract. We offered them the first month free with the 3 month contract, which would start immediately following their free shops. They want their admission gate and gift shop evaluated. We are going to follow your basic retail evaluation form, customized to fit their needs. 	Yesterday I received your electronic version of "How to Start and Run your own Mystery Shopping Company". First, I want to say, I was astonished that I received the book within 5 minutes. Second, I am only on chapter 4 and I am so impressed with the clarity and style of your step by step manual. Being new to the concept of the Mystery Shopping Business, I am truly intrigued by its potential of becoming a very lucrative business. I am an entrepreneur at heart and have purchased many "how-to" books in the past, but never did any of them motivate me the way this one has.
